G.F.I. offers its customers two methods of ordering. One is through our fax machine. This machine is located in our limited access office, which remains locked in the absence of the office manager. It is the primary vehicle for sending private information such as credit card data, purchase order numbers, or confidential drawings.
The other avenue is to send correspondences to our email accounts.
Delivery
In order to expedite fabrication or repair of your glassware, we need to have your approval of our price quote, as well as a purchase order or a credit card. Our normal lead time is approximately one week to ten business days. On occasion, larger repair lots or unique fabrications may have a longer turnaround. To eliminate downtime, an expedited service is available. However we cannot begin this period without the proper ordering information.
